Bobby Mascia Entrepreneur LLC / Exit Ready Institute®
Privacy Policy Notice
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Bobby Mascia Entrepreneur LLC, operating the Exit Ready Institute® (“ERI”) and the ERI Program (“the Program”), respects the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, prospective clients, Program participants, and business-owner community. This Privacy Policy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, protect, and retain personal information, nonpublic personal information, and confidential business information.
This Notice supplements the Exit Ready Institute Program Participation Agreement and does not replace the confidentiality, non-disclosure, non-solicitation, or other obligations in that agreement.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information reasonably necessary to provide, administer, and improve the Program and related services, including:
- Personal and contact information, such as your name, business name, title, mailing address, email address, telephone number, signature, and other information you provide when you inquire about or enroll in the Program.
- Business, financial, and planning information, such as company ownership and entity structure, revenue rhythm, cash flow, accounts receivable and payable, debt, liquidity, key agreements, risk exposure, tax posture, owner compensation, personal and business balance-sheet information, retirement goals, succession plans, exit plans, insurance and risk management information, estate-planning considerations, investment-related planning considerations, and your advisory team.
- Program, payment, and communications information, such as attendance, session registration, assignment completion, cohort participation, workshop participation, billing information, invoices, payment status, communications with our team, and information you choose to share in group sessions, small group sessions, events, or individual communications.
- Technology and platform information, such as timestamps, meeting registrations, video-conference attendance, platform usage information, and similar technical information.
- Information from your advisors or authorized representatives, such as information received from your CPA, attorney, banker, insurance professional, investment adviser, consultant, or other professional advisors when you direct or authorize them to communicate with us.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to: Provide access to and administer all aspects of the Program as outlined in the Exit Ready Institute Program Participation Agreement; understand your business, personal planning objectives, financial picture, and exit-readiness goals; identify planning gaps, coordination opportunities, and areas where your professional advisors may need to be involved; coordinate with your authorized advisors when requested or appropriate; facilitate introductions, events, panels, roundtables, webinars, and community engagement; process billing and payments; maintain business and compliance records; protect the security and confidentiality of our systems, records, materials, and participants; respond to requests and communications; comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, and risk-management obligations; and enforce our agreements and protect our rights, participants, personnel, and business.
3. Confidentiality and Cohort Participation
We treat information and advice furnished by you to us, and by us to you, as confidential, except as described in this Notice, the applicable agreement, as authorized by you, or as required or permitted by law.
Because the ERI® includes cohort-based participation, information you choose to share in group sessions, small group sessions, events, or community activities may be heard or seen by other participants. Program participants are required to maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ information and not use it for solicitation, competitive, or improper purposes.
Even with these protections, you should use good judgment before sharing highly sensitive, proprietary, personal, or confidential information in a group setting. We recommend sharing the most sensitive information directly with us or with your own legal, tax, financial, or other professional advisors.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information or confidential business information. We also do not receive referral fees from professionals to whom we may refer you.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Green Ridge Wealth Planning, LLC. Bobby Mascia Entrepreneur LLC is affiliated with Green Ridge Wealth Planning, LLC, (“GRWP”) a registered investment advisory firm. Certain Program modules may involve investment-related planning concepts. If those discussions require or would benefit from registered investment advisory involvement, we may share relevant information with GRWP solely to facilitate those discussions and with your knowledge. Participation in the Program does not obligate you to engage GRWP or any investment advisory services. Any investment advisory services would be governed by a separate written agreement and applicable disclosure documents.
- With your professional advisors. At your request, direction, or consent, we may communicate with your attorney, CPA, tax advisor, banker, insurance professional, investment adviser, consultant, or other professional advisors.
- With service providers. We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate our business and provide the Program, including technology platforms, video-conferencing providers, email and calendar systems, customer relationship management tools, payment processors, cloud storage providers, cybersecurity providers, administrative support, and professional service providers. We require service providers to use information only for authorized purposes and to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security protections.
- With Program participants. You may choose to share information with other participants during cohort sessions, small group sessions, events, or community activities. All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality and comply with Program obligations.
- For legal, regulatory, or protective purposes. We may disclose information when required or permitted by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, legal process, regulatory inquiry, arbitration, audit, or similar proceeding. We may also disclose information when necessary to protect our rights, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud, protect safety, or respond to a security incident.
- In connection with a business transaction. We may disclose information in connection with a proposed or actual merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, transfer of business, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, administer the Program, maintain business and compliance records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our rights. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it in a manner designed to protect confidentiality and prevent unauthorized access, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, and business retention requirements.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request that we update, correct, or review certain personal information we maintain about you.
Depending on applicable law, your state of residence, and the nature of your relationship with us, you may also have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a decision regarding your request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including where fulfilling the request would interfere with legal obligations, regulatory recordkeeping, confidentiality obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, security, or the rights of another person.
We do not knowingly sell personal information, process personal information for targeted advertising, or use personal information for profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, unless we provide any legally required notice and choice.
10. Data Security Incidents
If we become aware of unauthorized access to or use of personal information, nonpublic personal information, or confidential business information, we will investigate and respond in a manner appropriate to the nature of the information and the incident. Where required by applicable law, regulation, or contract, we will provide notice to affected individuals, regulators, or other required parties.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Program is designed for business owners and adult participants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Third-Party Websites, Platforms, and Services
Our communications, website, materials, or program may link to third-party websites, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third parties. You should review the privacy policies and terms of those third parties before providing information to them.
12A. Analytics and Cookies
If you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on our website, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed, which links are clicked and whether a contact or download form is completed. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives information such as your browser, device, approximate location and the pages you visit. We have turned off Google’s advertising features and do not use this information to build advertising profiles.
We also run occasional tests of different versions of our homepage wording.
